Born in the peaceful village of Calca, nestled in Peru's breathtaking Sacred Valley, Kusi has always been the curious one. While the other alpacas were content grazing beneath the mountains, Kusi couldn't resist wondering what lay beyond the next hill. Handcrafted in Peru using the Japanese art of amigurumi, every Kusi is individually crocheted by skilled Peruvian artisans, stitch by stitch. From the first pattern to the final hand-sewn detail, each alpaca requires approximately 14–17 hours of dedicated craftsmanship to create.
