Shipping Policy
Orders are carefully prepared and shipped from the United States. Please allow approximately 1-3 business days for order processing unless otherwise noted.
At launch, we ship to U.S. addresses only. Standard shipping is $6.95, and orders with a merchandise subtotal of $75.00 or more receive free standard shipping before tax.
Standard delivery is typically about 2-5 business days after shipment. Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you receive from Un Toque Peruano.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Exchanges are subject to availability. Before returning or exchanging an item, please contact us so we can provide return instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include your order number plus photographs of the item and packaging.
We will work with you to make it right through a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution. Un Toque Peruano pays return or replacement shipping for damaged or incorrect orders.
Handmade Product Variations
All Un Toque Peruano products are handmade by Peruvian artisans.
Small variations in color, texture, stitching, shape, pattern placement, natural materials, or detail are normal characteristics of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
Colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings.
Limited & Unique Inventory
Many of our products are available in small quantities, and some designs may be one-of-a-kind.
Availability shown on the website is updated as items sell, but in the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact the customer and provide a refund or alternative options.
Payments & Secure Checkout
Payments are processed securely through Square. Un Toque Peruano does not store complete payment-card information on its own servers.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
We will make every effort to accommodate the request, but once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Privacy
We collect information necessary to process orders, provide customer service, operate our website, and communicate with customers who choose to hear from us.
We do not sell customer information to third parties.
