The Alpacas of Peru™ Collection

Killa™ • The Dreamer• Handmade Peruvian Amigurumi Collectible

Every alpaca has a name. Every stitch tells a story.

Some people look at the world and see what is. Killa looks at the world and imagines what could be.

Meet Killa™, whose name means "moon" in Quechua. Inspired by the ancient village of Ollantaytambo in Peru's Sacred Valley, Killa represents imagination, optimism, curiosity, and the courage to keep dreaming—no matter how old we become.

Growing up surrounded by towering mountains, ancient Inca terraces, and generations of stories, Killa was the little alpaca who was always asking, "Why?" "What if?" and, most importantly, "Can we go see?" Her curiosity eventually carried her along the paths toward Machu Picchu, where she discovered something she has never forgotten: the world can be even more extraordinary than we imagine.

Handcrafted in Peru using the Japanese art of amigurumi, every Killa is individually crocheted by skilled Peruvian artisans, stitch by stitch. From the first pattern to the final hand-sewn detail, each collectible requires approximately 14–17 hours of craftsmanship to create. By blending the charm of Japanese amigurumi with Peru's renowned artisan traditions, Killa becomes a truly one-of-a-kind keepsake celebrating the beauty of two cultures.

Standing approximately 7 inches (18 cm) tall on a handcrafted solid pine wood base, Killa is impossible to overlook. Her cheerful pink coloring, oversized round glasses, soft turquoise and pastel accessories, and whimsical pom-pom hat perfectly capture the imaginative spirit she represents.

More than a handcrafted collectible, Killa is a reminder to stay curious, dream a little bigger, and never lose your sense of wonder.

She's discovered so much wonder in her story. Now she's ready to discover what's waiting in yours.
